Insurance Accepted
We are “in-network” for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO. Please note that on occasion, health insurance plans will have behavioral health benefits managed by another insurance company. Make sure to get confirmation from your insurance company as they decide whether a claim will get covered.
Out-of-Network
For all other insurance plans, we are an out-of-network provider. This means that we do not bill your insurance company directly, but can provide you with an itemized superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (see your insurance plan for details on if this is allowed). Out of Network Fees
New Consultation: $325
30-minute Follow up Visit: $275
Complex medication management +/- brief psychotherapy
15-Minute Follow-up: $175
Straight-forward medication management
Phone Calls: Billed based on time.
No-Show Fee: $25 for the first time, $50 for the second time.
Paperwork Fee: $50 for every 15 minutes needed to complete.
This fee can be avoided by having paperwork filled out during the visit.
